The Body and Mind is a series of exercises on the second level of Zhineng Qigong; the internal Hunyuan level. They are challenging and can also be practiced separately. The exercises move the ligaments, smaller joints and those joints that are not often used. It facilitates the flow of qi to the ends of the body (hands, feet ed). It is an exercise to unite the mind and the physical body and emphasizes on practicing the qi with form.
